Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb beef sirloin
  • 1/2 b sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion,sliced
  • 1 can mushroom sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the meat, across the grain,into strips
Melt the butter and saute the mushrooms and onions
Remove from the pan and brown the meat
Add the mushrooms,onions,soup and ketchup
Simmer,covered,for 30 min
Add the sour cream
Serve over hot,cooked and drained noodles
