Ingredients
- 4-6 chops
- Seasoned flour
- Oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 c apricot nectar
- 1 t curry powder
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Flour chops and brown in oil, adding garlic for last few minutes. Pour off oil and deglaze skillet with nectar. Add seasonings, return chops. Simmer covered 1 hour. Serve with rice or golden pilaf.
