CHEATER'S CHOCOLATE COCONUT CREAM PIE

Ingredients

• 1 baked 9" pie crust
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
• 1 small package chocolate instant pudding
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup coconut
• 4 cups Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix chocolate pudding with 1 cup milk until well combined. Add half of the package of cream cheese and 1/2 cup coconut. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix well. Pour into cooled pie shell. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 cup milk until well combined. Add the other half of the cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup coconut. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix well. Carefully spread vanilla mixture over chocolate mixture. Top with the remaining 2 cups Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
