Cornflake Bonbons

This candy is pretty when made with both milk chocolate and white chocolate, placed in candy liners, and served on a cookie sheet or gift tray. You can also place in a gift box with tissue paper and tie with a bow.

Ingredients

• 6 oz. package milk chocolate or white chocolate chips
• 4 cups corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Stir in cereal. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper, spacing 1 inch apart. Refrigerate until set.
