Ingredients
- 500 grams velveeta cheese loaf
- 14 oz canned tomatoes
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 tbsp flour
- 150 ml taco sauce (salsa)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- jalepeno peppers sliced to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt Velveeta in double boiler or microwave. Blend well salsa, salt, garlic powder, flour, and Jalepeno peppers. Add tomatoes and onions. Lightly blend keeping mixture chunky, or blend well if runny consistency desired. Pour mixture into melted cheese and stir well. Serve warm.
