Left Over Mashed Potatoes*

Ingredients

  • mashed potatoes 4 cups left over
  • green onions 6 chopped
  • pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • sour cream 1/2 cup
  • bacon 4 slices fried until crisp, and crumbled
  • cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix the potatoes, green onions, pepper and sour cream together.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake approximately 20 minutes until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
