Ingredients
- mashed potatoes 4 cups left over
- green onions 6 chopped
- pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- sour cream 1/2 cup
- bacon 4 slices fried until crisp, and crumbled
- cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix the potatoes, green onions, pepper and sour cream together.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake approximately 20 minutes until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
