Teriyaki Flank Steak*

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb flank steak, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 3 t hone
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 C salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together marinade ingredients and marinate steak 3-4 hours or overnight. Grill over glowing charcoal 5 min on each side or until done.
