Baked Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick butter or margerine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Remove from stove. Add both cans of corn. Mix with sour cream. Add eggs, mix well. Add corn muffin mix.
Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9x13 pan 35 minutes or until golden.
