Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb chunk of Genoa salami
  • 1/2 lb chunk of domestic provolone
  • chick peas
  • 1 jar marinated mushrooms
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • salad or roasted peppers
  • pepperoncini
  • black olives
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • hard boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cut salami and provolone into cubes.
Drain other ingredients and reserve some liquid to use as dressing.
Layer all ingerdients.
