Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup cooking wine
- parsley
- pepper
- 2 lbs. shrimp
- *Optional Sazon Goya
Preparation
Step 1
Fry onions and celery in butter and olive oil till almost done. Then add garlic, cook for 5 minutes. Add wine parsley, pepper and shrimp. If needed add more butter and olive oil. Saute till shrimp are done.
