Salmon Log

Ingredients

  • 1 can red salmon,drained (15 1/2 oz)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c pecans,chopped
  • 3 Tbsp parsley,chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first six ingredients well
Refrigerate 3 hr
Form into 2 logs
Roll in finely chopped pecans
Sprinkle parsley over the top
Serve with crackers
