Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano
- 1 pinch cayenne
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Puree raspberries through a sieve to seed. Whisk puree, jam, balsamic vinegar, red wine, oregano, cayenne and salt and pepper in a pan. Simmer on chicken during last 5 minutes of grilling.
