Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Combine and set aside.
- 2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above and add rhubarb mixture. Stir until well-blended. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 min. or until done.
Topping
6 T butter or margarine
1 cup coconut
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
