Spicy Monterey Jack Cheese Log

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp worcesteshire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 10 oz shredded sharp cheddar
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, worcesteshire sauce, red pepper.

Combine with shredded cheeses.

Mix pecans and parsley.

Form cheese mixture into 2 logs, and roll in pecan/parsley mixture.
