Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 cups Bisguick Baking Mix
- Maple syrup or jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg,potatoes,milk and salad oil with rotary beater until smooth.Stir in baking mix.Drop batter by tablespoons onto hot griddle.Bake over medium heat about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.Serve hot with syrup and grilled franks.
