Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 lg potatoes
  • 4 lg eggs, hardboiled
  • 1 bunch of gr. onions
  • 2 tbs dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbs milk

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. Let potatoes cool and add chopped eggs, onion and mayonnaise, mustard, honey and salt. Thin with milk. Pour over salad and mix gently. Chill before serving.
