Ingredients
- 3/4 cups plain bread crumbs 1/4tsp salt
- or 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped or 1 tsp dried rosemary crushed 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 1/4 lbs1 bonesless lamb
- 1/2 cup ham glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

L Preheat oven to 350'F . 2. Combine"bread crumbs
rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Brush.'
lamb with ham glaze; coat with bnad crumb mixture. 3.
" Heat olive oil in, large, nonstick skillit over nedium-high
heat. Add lamb; cook on both sides fo; 1 to 2 minutes or
until golden. Transfer to baking sheet. 4 bake for 15 to 20
minutes or until lamb is no longer pink in center.
