Fried Pickles

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • salt
  • pepper (I guess depending on how many im making)
  • buttermilk
  • hamburger dill chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour salt and pepper.
Dip pickles into buttermilk then dredge with flour mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil (350*) until they float to surface and are golden brown.

(Use pickle chips because the spears get mushy and the breading falls off)
