Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 one pound loaf of crusty French bread
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 4 egss
  • 1 Tbs. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Tbs. Whiskey
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Break bread into pieces, including some crust. Mix other ingredients and pour over bread pieces. let soak for about 1/2 hour. Pour into baking pan, 11x8 approx. Bake at 350 for one hour.
