Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarsely shredded fresh orange rind
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons mini semi- sweet chocolate chips
- 6 prepared cannoli shells
Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, sugar,orange rind, extract, and chocolate chips.
2. Spoon mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip and, dividing evenly, pipe mixture into shells.
