    tablespoons confectioners' sugar

  • 2

    tablespoons coarsely shredded fresh orange rind

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons vanilla extract

    tablespoons mini semi- sweet chocolate chips

    prepared cannoli shells

Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, sugar,orange rind, extract, and chocolate chips. 2. Spoon mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip and, dividing evenly, pipe mixture into shells. Per serving: 149 calories, 5 g fat, 1 g fiber
