  • 1 pound cake
  • 1 can (21oz) cherry or blackberry pie filling
  • or what ever you like
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • -------------
  • can add walnuts, pecan, almonds
  • Whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

use a 1 1/2 qt dish mico. wave safe
Cut cake into cubes place into dish
combine pie filling and water and extract mix
spoon over cake

Cover dish mico.2-4 min or until heated
add toppings
