Ingredients
- 1 3 1/2pound cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, and cubed (6 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Puree cubed melon in a blender or food processor, in batches if necessary (you should have 4 cups puree). Spoon into 12 3-ounce pop molds. Insert plastic pop sticks or cover with foil and make slits for wooden sticks. Freeze until completely firm, 3 to 4 hours. Remove from molds.
