Ingredients
- 1/4 cup All Bran
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg separated

Step 1
Mix bran, flour and salt, add milk and egg yolk. Mix well. Beat egg whites till very light, fold them in mix. Bake on hot oiled iron pan. Serve with 3-5 cooked prunes and juice. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Good idea to warm prunes and juice and flavor with vanilla.
