Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 3 T sour cream
- 1/3 cup green onions, minced
- 1 T fresh dill, chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon, diced
- 3 T capers, rinsed and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add green onions and next 3 ingredients, beating until blended. Stir in salmon and capers.
Serve with cracker
