Overnight Omlette

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hash brown squares
  • 1 lb ham - shredded
  • 2 c chedder cheese shredded
  • 11 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/4 t dry mustard
  • 3/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

In greased 9x13 pan, spread hash browns. Sprinkle ham and potatoes over top. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt pour over top. Let sit overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
