Festive Dessert Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 3 ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple, saving 1/4 cup of syrup. Blend syrup into cream cheese until smooth. Add nuts, cherries and pineapple. Whip cream and fold in and chill in frefrigerator.
