Chorizo & Pepper Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz chorizo, sliced
  • 1/2 small baguette, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in 1" pieces
  • 2 T olive oil + more for drizzling
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soak 16 small wooden skewers in water for at least 15 min. Heat grill to med-lo.
In med. bowl toss chorizo baguette & red pepper with oil & 1/2 t salt.
Thread skewers & grill, turning occasionally, 8-12 min. Drizzle with additional before serving.
