Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus, @ 2 lbs.
- 1 T olive oil
- Kosher salt & pepper
- 2 oz. manchego, shaved
- 1/2 t paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill to med-hi. In large bowl, toss asparagus with oil, 1/2 t salt & pepper. Grill, turning occasionally, til tender, @ 4-6 min. Transfer to platter & sprinkle with manchego & paprika
