Ingredients
- 4 Lasagna Roll Ups(400), frozen
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 large portabello mushrooms, cleand and sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dry Marsala wine
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Follow micro-bake directions for lasagna through step #4.
3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sauté mushrooms with salt for 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and add wine. Return to heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.
6. Add cream and simmer an additional 5-7 minutes.
7. Pour sauce over lasagna. Top with parmesan and continue with micro-bake directions
Tip; Serve with sautéed spinach or other green vegetables
