Ingredients

  • 4

    Lasagna Roll Ups(400), frozen

  • 1

    Tbsp olive oil

  • 3-4

    large portabello mushrooms, cleand and sliced

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1

    cup dry Marsala wine

  • 1 1/2

    cups heavy cream

  • 1

    cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Follow micro-bake directions for lasagna through step #4. 3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sauté mushrooms with salt for 5-7 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and add wine. Return to heat and simmer 5-7 minutes. 6. Add cream and simmer an additional 5-7 minutes. 7. Pour sauce over lasagna. Top with parmesan and continue with micro-bake directions Tip; Serve with sautéed spinach or other green vegetables
