Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups Rhubarb (uncooked)
  • 1 small pkg jello (cherry or strawberry)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix like a pie crust, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter. Then add milkPut cake mixture into 9x9 pan. Like pie crust building up sides. Add 3 cup rhubarb uncooked and sprinkle with jello. Make topping and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
