Brussel Sprouts with Sesame, Garlic & Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 8 halved cloves of garlic
  • 1 C sliced onion
  • 1/3 C chicken broth
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 2 t minced ginger
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 C sliced green onions
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • Cal 107

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sesame oil over med hi heat; add onion, garlic & ginger; sauté 3 min. Add broth & brussels sprouts; bring to boil. Cover & simmer 6 min. Finish with sliced green onions & soy sauce
