Cherry Nut Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • Butter,size of an egg
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small bottle of cherries
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar
Add beaten egg
Put cherry juice in cup and fill with milk
Add dry ingredients alternately with liquid
Add nuts
Bake a 350 F for 50-60 min
