Ingredients

  • 12 c large rolled oat flakes
  • 4 c raisins, cranberries, or cherries dried
  • 2/3 c flax seeds
  • 1/2 c sesame seeds
  • 2 tblsp grated nutmed
  • 2 tblsp salva

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer to large decorative jar or package in 1/2 c servings in sandwich bags & then place in large decorative jar.

To Serve:

Stir 1/2 c mix and 1 small pinch of salt into 3/4 c water. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on high until bubbling. Serve with milk & brown sugar.
