Ingredients
- 6 T olive oil
- 2 T lime juice
- Salt & pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 med navel orange, peeled & sectioned
- 1 small heat chicory or frizee
- 2 avocados, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 T chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
In med. bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, salt, pepper & garlic. Add oranges & toss to mix.
Top with avocado slices & red onion. Serve over lettuce & garnish with cilantro.
