Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 def. Grease 12 muffin tins. Beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 min. immediately remove from pan.
