- 12 large eggs, room tempurature
Preparation
Step 1
1) Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by 1". 2) Slowly bring the water to a boil over medium heat. 3) When water has reached a boil, cover and remove from heat. 4) Let sit 12 minutes. 5) Transfer eggs to a colander and place under cool running water to stop the cooking. *Can be refrigerated up to 3 days in an airtight container.
