Au Jux for Rib Eye Roast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 3 c. beef stock
  • Pan drippings from roast

Preparation

Step 1

Remove cooked roast from pan to rest. Place the roasting pan on the stove over high heat. Add wine and cook, stirring and scraping up the brown bits from the pan. Reduce. Add the beef stock and reduce by half. Season with salt and pepper.
