Ingredients
- 1 lg. can mushroom stems & pieces
- 1/2 onion, grated
- Parsley, finely chopped (or dried parsley flakes)
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper
- Hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Drain mushrooms and finely chop. Add parsley, enough mayonnaise to bind together, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of hot pepper sauce or lemon juice, if desired.
