Ingredients
- 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Halves
- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Green Apple, Peeled, Cored and Sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Juice or Cider
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with cranberries and apple. Mix brown sugar with apple juice. Pour over chicken and fruit. Cover and cook on low for six to eight hours.
