Ingredients
- 12 oz. chicken breasts
- 1/4 c plain low fat yogurt
- 2 tsp garam marsala, divided
- Cooking spray
- 5/8 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1 can unsalted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 4 6" pitas
- 1/3 c thinly sliced red onion
- 3 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves

Step 1
Preheat broiler to high.
Cut chicken in half. Combine chicken, yogurt and 1/3 tsp garam marsala. Place on a foil lined baking sheet covered in cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place tomatoes in a mini chopper; pulse until smooth. Add oil to pan. Add 1 1/2 tsp garam marsala, ginger, red pepper and garlic; cook 1 min. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 4 mins. stir in 1/2 tsp salt and cream; cook 1 min. Cut chicken into pieces. Add chicken to pan; toss.
Place pitas on a baking sheet. Broil 1 min on each side. Spoon 1/2 c chicken onto each. Top with onion and cheese. Broil 2 mins. Sprinkle with cilantro.
