Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • Celery
  • Onion
  • Stick of butter
  • Cubed bread
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cube a loaf of white bread the night before and set out to get stale.
Melt a stick of butter in pan.
Blend celery and onion with a little chicken broth in blender.
Add blend to pan with butter.
Add poultry and thyme little by little (1/4 tsp. at a time)
Add pepper and salt.

Whip two eggs in bowl and add to cubed bread. Add blended mixture to bread. Squish together like meatloaf. If too moist, dry out in frying pan.
