Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 whole pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp. Cajun spice (such as Emeril's or Paul Prudhomme's)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Italian dressing, garlic and Cajun spice in plastic bag and add meat. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
Place on barbecue grill for about 30 minutes (be careful not to overcook). Pork should be medium (pink, hot center), or it will become dry.
