Ingredients
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 T oil
- 10 gr butter or marg
- 4 beef burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 150 gr (5 oz) Boursin garlic and herb fine cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced into rounds
- 2 large pickled gherkins, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 420F Rinse and dry lettuce leaves Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan. Place burgers in the pan.
Over high heat, sear for 3-4 min per side. While burgers are cooking, put buns in oven and leave them to warm for a few min. When burgers are cooked and buns are warm, spread Boursin on buns, add a lettuce leaf and then top with burger, tomatoe, gherkins and another touch of Boursin.
Cover with top half of the bun
Serve hot
