Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 large head Napa cabbage chopped
- 2 bunches green onions
- 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles - no flavor packets
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine or white wine vinegar. (can use raspberry vinegar)
- Boil about 3 minutes.
Preparation
Step 1
Saute crunched up noodles in 2 tablespoons butter until brown. Same with sesame seeds. Stir well as they burn easily.
Add cooled noodle mix to greens and toss with dressing.
