Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, stem ends snapped off
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Adjust oven rack to middle position. Preheat to 450°. Line baking sheet with foil. Spread beans on sheet, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with 1/2 t salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly. Roast 10 min. remove from oven and redistribute. Continue roasting 10-12 min until dark golden brown in spots and have started to shrivel.
