Strawberry Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

• FROSTING:
• 1 box white cake mix
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 3 egg whites
• 1 6oz. lite strawberry yogurt
• 1 8oz. fat free cool whip
• 1 6oz. lite strawberry yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients and put in a 13x9 cake pan, that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Frosting: Combine cool whip and yogurt, Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
Can use any flavor yogurt.
