Ingredients
- 3 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbs frozed pineapple juice concentrated, thawed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard or to taste
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- (Optional - sugar to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk lime juice, mustard and pineapple juice concentrate in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper and sugar in used.
