Ingredients
- 1 sm. can Silver Floss sauerkraut
- 1 sm. apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- salt, pepper
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/3 c. sherry or white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Drain the sauerkraut. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
